Transformers for electrical appliances and energy technology

Electricity and Magnetism are interdependent, they are in a natural interaction. A special component, the transformer, takes advantage of this principle. It got its name because of the transformation of an AC voltage into a lower or higher AC voltage. This is why a transformer is made up of at least two or more inductors or transformer coils.

The range of sizes and shapes of transformers is as large as the field of its application: from signal transmission over electrical appliances to energy technology.
